I don t think there is a sheet metal feature that will do that.
How to twist thin sheet metal.
Tin snips are primarily used for cutting thin sheet metal like tin aluminum brass and thin gauge stainless steel.
I guess the problem with that method is that would not account for the part shortening due to the twist.
Cutting fluids can be used with twist drills but are generally not needed for thinner gauge sheet metal.
But you can just add the twist at the end and suppress it for the flat pattern.
You may want to have a bottle on hand for when drilling through thicker sheets or steel.
Clamp the sheet metal in place on your work table to hold it in place while you work.
Align the snips with the line you want to cut with the upper blade of the tin snips touching the sheet metal.
The average hack requires at least one angled metal part and the best tool to make one is still the good ol press brake.
